On the positive side, the hotel's location was superb, being very close to the tram station and just a stone's throw away from the bustling city center. It was also conveniently situated near popular attractions such as Sultanahmet Square and Hagia Sophia.

The room was very small and cramped, making it difficult to move around and open our luggage properly.

The staff at the hotel were very cute and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us , especially Aiyhan who was helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to all the major attractions in historic Istanbul. It was within a short walking distance to popular sights like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Cistern, and Topkapi Palace. The hotel room was very clean and suitable for a family of three. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace.

We loved the central location of the hotel, with all the major tourist attractions within walking distance. The nearby Sultanahmet tram station made it incredibly easy to explore the city. The hotel's terrace offered stunning views and was a great spot to enjoy a meal. the Ares Hotel exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying there again.

You can easily walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cistern entrance past outdoor restaurants. The staff is pleasant and provides good service, always greeting guests with a smile. The breakfast is average but delicious, with fresh and plentiful options. the hotel offers a fantastic roof terrace for enjoying coffee, tea, beer, lunch, and dinner.

The rooms can be a bit tight, especially if you book a single room.
